Prior to renting your property, you should do the following things:

  1. Notify your insurance agent of your non-occupant status and add DRW Management Services as an additional insured to your policy. Ask your agent to forward a copy of the change to our office.
  2. Notify your utilities companies of your final billing address.
  3. Notify any Homeowners Association and/or maintenance people to begin sending their bills to DRW.
  4.  Set up necessary procedures for mortgage payments to be made and /or for our checks to be deposited in your bank account.
  5. Provide a list of maintenance and service contractors with which you have established relationships.
